Workshops focus on equipping teams with practical tools to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively, fostering healthier, more collaborative relationships. Through interactive sessions, we explore communication strategies and conflict resolution techniques tailored to the unique challenges teams often face.
Workshops can be offered as a single session or a series, either online or in-person. A single workshop typically lasts 1-2 hours, depending on what is most beneficial to the organization. Half-day or full-day workshops tailored to the group are also available.
Trainings
Trainings are designed to address specific challenges that arise within boards, team leads, volunteer teams, or community groups. These sessions are tailored in response to a particular situation, conflict, or organizational need, offering focused support to help teams move forward with clarity and confidence. Participants gain practical tools relevant to their unique context.

Individual Support
Individual support is available for team members, board participants, or leaders navigating specific challenges or preparing to manage a conflict. These sessions are tailored to the individual’s role and situation, offering personalized guidance and skill-building to support confidence and clarity in moving forward. Focus areas may include communication, conflict navigation, or leadership strategies.
Individual support can be offered as a one-time session or a short series, either online or in-person. Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes, depending on what is most helpful to the individual or organization. Ongoing coaching arrangements can also be developed as needed.
